If you’re having trouble locating the accessories, check inside the dustbin beneath the machine. If you still can’t find them, please contact us for assistance.
For basic models without a remote control, the remote is not available for purchase as it is incompatible. For models that include a remote, you can purchase a replacement if it’s broken. After purchasing, you’ll need to re-pair the new remote with your unit.
The pin is used to pair a new remote control with your vacuum cleaner if the original one becomes faulty. Insert the pin into the small hole at the front of the vacuum to activate pairing mode. Normally, new units are pre-paired with their remotes, so re-pairing is only necessary if replacing the remote.
To install the bracket, refer to the instruction sheet included with your machine, which has a 1:1 scale template and all necessary dimensions. Follow the instructions on page 9 of the manual for proper installation.
The vacuum cleaner has a maximum airflow of 0.9 Qmax.
This vacuum is designed for residential use only. We do not recommend it for prolonged or intensive commercial applications.
We plan to release a version with a replaceable hose in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
After vacuuming, run the vacuum on empty for a short period before turning it off. This clears any remaining dust from the hose, preventing it from falling back down once the unit is switched off.
This could be caused by the water sensor in the dustbin detecting debris or moisture. The vacuum has a safety feature that shuts it down to prevent damage. Check for blockages or moisture on the copper contacts inside the dustbin. Clean and dry them thoroughly to reset the function and resume normal operation.
