Register an account on the official Giraffe Tools website. Once registered, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the loyalty program—no extra steps needed.

Credit earnings vary by membership tier:
• Giraffe Member: 1 GT Credit / $1 spent
• Giraffe Prime: 2 GT Credits / $1 spent
• Giraffe Elite: 3 GT Credits / $1 spent
GT Credits are issued after order fulfillment and cannot be used while pending.
No. GT Credits are calculated based on the product subtotal only. Shipping charges, sales tax, and all other applicable taxes are excluded.
Our loyalty program has three tiers: Giraffe Member, Giraffe Prime, Giraffe Elite
Your membership tier is automatically upgraded based on your accumulated order amount: $300 → Giraffe Prime，$1000 → Giraffe Elite

After logging in, you can view your account details (GT Credits balance, transaction history, membership tier, and redeemed rewards) in two places:
• The loyalty widget (sidebar on any page)
• Your account profile (top right corner)
• Redeem a Coupon: Select your coupon, and apply your discount code at checkout for your order.
• Redeem a Product/GiftCard: Choose your reward, copy the code, add it to your cart, and apply the code at checkout to claim it for free.
*Each code has its own expiration date — check the reward's 'Rules' section. Unused codes are saved in your account page.
No. Only one code can be applied per order. GT Credits reward coupons cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sale discounts, or any other offers.
Member Day is held on the last Wednesday of every month.
On Member Day, members can enjoy double GT Credits on purchases as well as exclusive, high-value discounts available only to members.
Yes, they follow the rules:
• GT Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Membership tier is valid for 12 months. If there is no purchase activity during this period, your tier will be downgraded.
If an order is canceled or refunded:
• The GT Credits earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.
• The order value will be removed from your membership tier calculation, which may trigger a tier downgrade.
No. All redemptions are final and cannot be reversed. Please confirm your selection carefully before redeeming.
No. GT Credits are non-transferable and permanently tied to the account that earned them. Combining credits from multiple accounts is also not supported.
