If you're having trouble locating your accessories, they might be stored inside the dustbin located beneath the machine. If, after checking, you still can't find them, please reach out to us for further assistance.
For the basic model (without remote conrtol), you cannot purchase a separate remote control, as it will not be compatible with the main unit. For models that originally come with a remote control, you can purchase a remote separately if it's broken. Please note that after purchasing a new remote, it will be necessary to re-pair it with your unit.
The pin included with your vacuum cleaner is a pairing tool designed for use if your original remote control becomes faulty and you need to pair a new remote control with your vacuum. To use the pin for pairing, simply insert it into the small hole located at the front part of the vacuum cleaner to activate the pairing mode. This will allow the vacuum to pair with a new remote control. Generally, new products are already paired with their remote controls straight from the factory, so there's no need to pair them again unless you're replacing the remote control.
Installing the bracket is straightforward. Upon receiving your machine, you will find an instruction sheet included. This sheet provides a 1:1 scale template with all the necessary dimensions. Simply follow the dimensions and instructions provided on page 9 of the manual to install the bracket correctly.
The maximum air flow of the vacuum cleaner is 0.9Qmax.
This vacuum cleaner is specifically designed for residential use, and we do not recommend it for prolonged or intensive commercial applications.
We are planning to release a version of the vacuum cleaner with a replaceable hose in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
For the remote-controlled model, it's recommended to let it run on empty for a short period before turning it off. This helps to ensure any remaining dust inside the hose is cleared out, preventing it from falling back down after the unit is switched off.
