Warranty Coverage
All new Giraffe Tools products come with a Standard Limited Warranty from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. This warranty protects the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.
To ensure professional risk management, the warranty duration is determined by the Product Grade and the Nature of Use:

Note: If a Home-Use Grade product is used for any income-producing, professional, or rental purposes, the warranty period will automatically be limited to 90 days.
Wear Parts & Accessories Warranty
Notwithstanding the machine's core warranty, Wear Parts and Accessories are subject to a 120-Day Limited Warranty. These items are expected to wear out through normal operation and their lifespan depends on maintenance and environment.
Wear Parts include but are not limited to:

High-pressure hoses, leader hoses, and O-rings.

Spray guns, wands, nozzles, and quick couplers.

Foam cannons, brushes, and filters.
-
Wheels, rubber feet, and exterior finish.

Optional Shipping Protection
At checkout, customers have the option to purchase a Shipping Protection Plan. This plan covers orders against loss, theft, or damage specifically occurring during transit. This protection is separate from the Manufacturer's Warranty, which covers only defects in materials and workmanship. For orders covered by this plan, claims for shipping-related issues should be submitted directly through the protection provider’s portal.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The warranty shall be voided, and Giraffe Tools will not be responsible for repair or replacement costs, under the following circumstances:

Misuse & Abuse: Damage caused by falls, neglect, improper storage (including freezing temperatures), or operation using contaminated water supplies.

Unauthorized Activity: Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Giraffe Tools authorized personnel.

Proof of Purchase: Failure to provide a valid order number or sales invoice from an official channel.

Unauthorized Channels: Purchases made from unauthorized third-party resellers or units sold by "Amazon.com Service L.L.C./Inc." are specifically excluded.

Condition: Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Second-hand products or items where the warranty period has expired.
Unless otherwise noted, Giraffe Tools will cover warranty for valid orders without cost, including parts and labor charges, or at Giraffe Tools' option, will replace such tools or refund the purchase price in exchange for the defective tool. For refunds, a full refund is available if the claim is made within the first 3 months of purchase; thereafter, the refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the remaining usage duration relative to the promised warranty period.
Process

Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.

Giraffe Tools must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.

Visible proof depicting the defect, such as pictures or videos, is required.

Complete basic troubleshooting steps as guided by our technical team.

It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

For defective items that Giraffe Tools needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Giraffe Tools or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid proof of purchase

Order number from online purchases made through Giraffe Tools or Giraffe Tools's authorized resellers.

Sales invoice that shows a description of the product along with its price.
