Shipping is free in the US for all products

Processing Time

We accept orders online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. and always working to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders will start shipping within 3 business days excluding the time of pending availability and credit verification.
Orders placed after 12 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Process time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, pending credit verification.

Shipping Time

In-stock products are usually delivered within 3 business days of being shipped unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Pre-order products and gifts will be shipped separately after they arrive at the local warehouse.
Accessories will be shipped separately, and some might take 2-3 weeks according to the shipping time written on the product page.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. If you need expedited shipping, please select "Express Shipping" on the checkout page.
Delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.

Shipping Regions

Currently, Hawaii and Alaska are not offered to ship.
U.S. West shipments are shipped from the CA warehouse
U.S. East shipments are shipped from the NJ, PA, or NC warehouse.

Delivery Addresses

Giraffe Tools cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Edits to Paypal addresses cannot be completed after an order has been placed using Paypal, so please double-check the address saved in your Paypal profile.

Shipping Method

Orders within the 48 states will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking

Option 1: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when the order ships. Please click the “tracking number” which will take you to the carrier’s website to get tracking information.
Option 2: Log in to your account on the official Giraffe Tools website and click on "Order Tracking" located below the "Support" menu. After filling in the order number and email, or logistics tracking number, you can get real-time logistics information.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Worry-Free Delivery at checkout. If you purchase this protection, your order is covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Claims for protected orders should be filed directly through the Seel Resolution Center.

Unprotected Orders

If you opt-out of shipping protection, Giraffe Tools is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen (including "porch piracy"), or damaged after being accepted by the carrier. In these cases, the risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package leaves our warehouse.

After Delivery

Our products are shipped nearly fully assembled and come with installation instructions, if you have any other needs, feel easy to contact us :)

Order Cancellation:

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Package Interception:

Upon receiving a timely request, we will make reasonable efforts to intercept and halt the shipment.
If the package has already entered transit and interception is not possible, you may return the item after delivery, and we will assume responsibility for the return shipping cost.

For Non-Quality Issues:

We offer our customers the right to return unused products within 30 days of delivery. In the event that a customer requires a return due to subjective reasons rather than quality issues, the customer should pay for the cost of return shippment.

You may initiate a return by email the reason for your return, your order number GTUSxxxx, and your name to contact@giraffetools.com.

For Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (please report within 7 days of delivery), or if your product develops a functional defect during use, contact contact@giraffetools.com with your order number and mandatory high-resolution video or photo evidence of the issue.

To ensure the fastest resolution, our technical team will first provide troubleshooting support to rule out operational errors before authorizing a return or replacement. Once a manufacturing defect is verified under our Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty (considering product grade and use environment), we will provide replacement parts or a unit replacement with free freight.

Giraffe Tools reserves the right to determine the final resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund. Refunds for used items are subject to a usage fee: a full refund of the purchase price may be granted within the first 3 months only if the unit is deemed non-repairable; thereafter, the refund is calculated proportionally based on the remaining warranty period.

Refund Process and Details:

Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. Refunds will be processed by Giraffetools Corp. every Friday. It can then take up to 48 hours for the money to be credited by the bank into the customer's account. Giraffetools will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received, or they may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.

Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty

Warranty Coverage

All new Giraffe Tools products come with a Standard Limited Warranty from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. This warranty protects the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.

To ensure professional risk management, the warranty duration is determined by the Product Grade and the Nature of Use:

Note: If a Home-Use Grade product is used for any income-producing, professional, or rental purposes, the warranty period will automatically be limited to 90 days.

Wear Parts & Accessories Warranty

Notwithstanding the machine's core warranty, Wear Parts and Accessories are subject to a 120-Day Limited Warranty. These items are expected to wear out through normal operation and their lifespan depends on maintenance and environment.

Wear Parts include but are not limited to:

High-pressure hoses, leader hoses, and O-rings.
Spray guns, wands, nozzles, and quick couplers.
Foam cannons, brushes, and filters.
Wheels, rubber feet, and exterior finish.

Upgrade Your Protection

GT Care Plan This policy outlines the Standard Warranty. For comprehensive protection, including accidental damage coverage, priority service, and free two-way shipping, explore our GT Care plan to enjoy worry-free ownership and enhanced support.

Optional Shipping Protection

At checkout, customers have the option to purchase a Shipping Protection Plan. This plan covers orders against loss, theft, or damage specifically occurring during transit. This protection is separate from the Manufacturer's Warranty, which covers only defects in materials and workmanship. For orders covered by this plan, claims for shipping-related issues should be submitted directly through the protection provider’s portal.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The warranty shall be voided, and Giraffe Tools will not be responsible for repair or replacement costs, under the following circumstances:

Misuse & Abuse: Damage caused by falls, neglect, improper storage (including freezing temperatures), or operation using contaminated water supplies.
Unauthorized Activity: Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Giraffe Tools authorized personnel.
Proof of Purchase: Failure to provide a valid order number or sales invoice from an official channel.
Unauthorized Channels: Purchases made from unauthorized third-party resellers or units sold by "Amazon.com Service L.L.C./Inc." are specifically excluded.
Condition: Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Second-hand products or items where the warranty period has expired.

Unless otherwise noted, Giraffe Tools will cover warranty for valid orders without cost, including parts and labor charges, or at Giraffe Tools' option, will replace such tools or refund the purchase price in exchange for the defective tool. For refunds, a full refund is available if the claim is made within the first 3 months of purchase; thereafter, the refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the remaining usage duration relative to the promised warranty period.

Process

Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
Giraffe Tools must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
Visible proof depicting the defect, such as pictures or videos, is required.
Complete basic troubleshooting steps as guided by our technical team.
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
For defective items that Giraffe Tools needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Giraffe Tools or if the defective item is not returned.

Valid proof of purchase

Order number from online purchases made through Giraffe Tools or Giraffe Tools's authorized resellers.
Sales invoice that shows a description of the product along with its price.

Our authorized channels for after-sales service and a 2-year warranty currently include only the Official Giraffe Tools Store on Amazon, our official website, Indiegogo, Walmart, Shein, and Ebay (only brand new items).
