Giraffe Tools Two-Year Limited Warranty


Your Giraffe Tools products have a TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY starting from the delivery date. Consumers are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or their country of residence, the benefits covered by our limited warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.


Warranty Claims


Under this warranty, Giraffe Tools will repair or replace any unit that fails to perform Giraffe Tools’s quality requirements during the warranty period. This warranty is nontransferable. Warranty is void if the product or any part of it has been altered or repaired by anyone other than the warrantor. Giraffe Tools will only warrant products based on warranty limitations. Proof of purchase and defective proof, which could be photos or videos, are required by Giraffe Tools to activate warranty service. Giraffe Tools will repair or replace the products proven to be defective within the warranty period at its option without any charge to you.


Warranty Limitations


The warranty covers each product and warrants them to be free from defects in workmanship within the defined period from the delivery date by the first end-user. This warranty does not apply to products over normal use, maximum capacity, or designed functions. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake, or other external causes. It also does not apply to aging, discoloration, weathering, sunlight fading, rust, or other natural phenomenon. Warranty does not cover leaking caused by the use of acid or other harsh chemical materials. It does apply to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
