I recently purchased your Giraffe 100ft retractable hose reel.Having a bad lower back,this hose reel is a godsend. I now longer have to bend over pulling my water hose out and best of all,taking the time to bend over and coil my hose after use.This just helps my back in so many ways.Thank you for your product and ease of use and saving my back!I would highly recommend this product to anyone,bad back or not!

After reading many reviews,I installed this a couple month ago.We love it so far.Its very easy to use and reels up quickly and efforestly.Big improvement over any old fashioned style.

I can tell you first hand this was a great purchase!It isn't cheap but it's also well built. We have a large yard and my wife waters our flower pots around the yard by hand. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been frustrated coming outside just to see the hose piled up into a kinked knot.My wife always struggled with wrapping up the large hose. She's great at many things but hose reeling wasn't one of them. I installed this and our problems are over.

I bought 2-one for the front,one for the back-and honetly they've been incredible thus far.100% worth every penny.

My son installed 2 at his home and...... I got to say, hand rolling up long hoses is a pain! Takes time, lots of energy and dirty! This product works marvelously! I got a short one for the front of house and a longer one for the big backyard. It is so nice to water all over and no longer have to struggle with the long hoses. Great gift idea for any aging Mom & Dad!
