• The giveaway commences at 00:00 EST on June 24, 2025, and entries close at 19:00 EST on July 11, 2025.
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

2. Eligibility to enter

• The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 
• It is also a condition of entry to "You Decide! Giraffetools Prime Day Wishlist" that entrants agree to receive GiraffeTools marketing material.  

3. How to Enter 

• The maximum number of entries that can be awarded to an Entrant is 120.

An entry is confirmed when there is a blue tick next to the entry mechanic.  

4. The Prize

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

5. Winner Announcement 

• The Winners will be chosen at random from participates and  notified on  July 12, 2025 by email. The winner will be published on https://giraffetools.com/pages/prime-day-giveaway-2025 and @giraffetools instagram by July 12, 2025.
• If the Winner does not respond within 7 days, we will cancel the winner's qualification for the prize and choose other winner.

6. Delivery of the Prize

• GiraffeTools will get in touch via email or phone with the winner within 14 days to schedule delivery of the prize.
• If the prize pack or portion of the prize pack is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. 

7. Data Protection and Publicity 

• The Entrants agree that any personal information that they provide when entering the competition will be used by GIRAFFE TOOLS CORP for the purposes of administering the competition.    
• The winner’ s first and last name will be announced on GiraffeTools' website and social media channels.
• All information collected may be re-used for marketing purposes by GiraffeTools, it will not be  passed onto any third party.
